Bank transfer to Rastraya Banijya Bank (Nepal) is one of the payment method we do continue to accept.
However, with the payment method - we do not see who the amount is received from nor which invoice number the payment is made for regardless of you entering the details as in the form of remarks.
As such, anyone making use of bank transfer as a mode of payment - please do send us the screenshot of the transaction along with your invoice number via any of our support channels (i.e. live chat or support ticket) for us to be able to update the invoice for you.
We’ll not be held liable for failure to notify us about the transaction along with the invoice number resulting in the service being expired.
As without the notification, we wouldn't simply know who the payment is for and which invoice to credit/update it.
