We do want to move ahead in our journey together with all of your support. This is also why we'll continue providing updates and progression of what is happening more frequently as an announcement here in days to come. We will have at least one announcement every month highlighting the interesting things that are happening. Here is what we had been working on and what is to come:

  • Over the past few days - we have made some small changes to the client area to further improve the user experience while using our system. One of which was for "Quick Shortcuts" which looks like this now (instead of previously jumbled up icon/texts):

  • We've now added the "Add Fund" feature. With this, you can top up and retain a credit balance of up to NPR. 1,00,000 at any given time. This will mean that you wouldn't lose your domain or hosting account for being past due.

  • The biggest announcement is with regard to payment automation. We've signed a contract with PrabhuPAY and developed a WHMCS module for them. Over the past month, we have tested the system and have now released it - you can now make payment via PrabhuPAY without leaving our website.

    The order is then instantly activated and details sent your mailbox along with it being accessible from your client area. 
  • For the next update, we're working with Fonepay to develop the WHMCS module for accepting payment via Fonepay for eSewa, mobile banking, and internet banking. The initial phase of testing in the development environment has concluded and we plan to release it within a week to two if everything works out as intended. This will unfold a new chapter for payment automation at Babal Host, helping us save yours and our team's time for payment, verification, and activation of orders. We can rather work on more important things like helping resolve any of your issues once that is all taken care of. While you can pay with more confidence and have your service activated instantly.

Here are some of the bugs we were let know of and have resolved since the last update (we would like to thank every one of you for bringing it to our attention):

  • Premium domain name like "fix.tech" being shown as available and at normal pricing. We've started showing the premium domain as non-available.
  • A non-available domain like "nepal.xyz" being shown as available. These domains aren't shown as being available now onwards.
  • Multiple ticket creation if the "Submit" button is clicked more than once in the "Open Support Ticket" page. Regardless of the number of clicks, only one ticket would be created now.

During the last 20 days (July 1 - 20), our support staff has spent a total of 107 hours 21 minutes and 4 seconds interacting with 391 users in live chat alone.
