Redemption Fee Reduction: We've reduced the redemption fee from NPR 15,000 to NPR 10,000, providing you with more cost-effective options.
Proactive Hosting Reminders: We've improved our hosting reminders, now calling you (on phone) before the service expires, rather than after it's been suspended (email reminders continue to start 30 days before due date), ensuring you have more time to act.
Domain Renewal Reminders: For domain renewals, we've introduced phone call reminders in addition to our email notifications, offering you a more personalized renewal experience.
Late Fee Changes: We've extended the late fee window (for when it's added to any invoice) from 7 days to 22 days, effectively removing the concept of late fees until 22 days, making your payment process even more flexible. This is as generally any invoice would have either been processed or cancelled by the system by 21 days. - User Empowerment: We've enabled users to create hosting renewal invoices themselves, eliminating the need to wait for a 30-day lead time before the due date. You have the flexibility to renew on your terms.
- Expanded Knowledge: In addition to our comprehensive blog, FAQ, and knowledge base, we've added a whopping 67 videos to assist you. We are committed to further expanding this library. If you have specific topics you'd like us to cover, please let us know.
- Streamlined VAT Invoicing: We've simplified the process for obtaining VAT invoices. Our team now creates invoices on the next working day and sends scanned copies every Friday (or the last working day of the week). If, for any reason, we can't, you can expect it on the first working day of the following week.
