You can manually configure Core FTP by following these steps:
- Open FileZilla
- From Quick Connection option panel which is as shown below:

Enter your host (which is often ftp.your-website.com unless stated otherwise), enter your ftp username and password followed by port number which is 21 for connection without SSL and 22 with SSL. Once you enter all these details click on Quick Connect.
That's it! You've successfully connected to your web server.
How to upload my contents or download them now?
You can do this by simply following these steps:
- This is the panel you'll see once you're connected:
The options on the left-hand side are from your local drive and the one in the other side is for the web server.

To upload contents in the web server, simply select the files that you want to be uploaded and drop them in the folder you want them to be added in the right-hand side panel (server) -
To download them, select the files that you want to download, drag and drop them to the local drive. -
