This tutorial will teach you how to change/update your DNS (Domain Name Servers) settings at GoDaddy.com. You will not require doing these only if your domain is registered via GoDaddy.come, please check our other tutorials if its registered elsewhere. You shouldn't do any of these if you've purchased your domain from us. If you've already purchased a hosting package with us, you should have got a welcome message with two or more nameservers (NS) settings as well. They are the ones that you need to update.
To update the nameservers (or DNS) you need to first login to GoDaddy.com with your login details.Once you're logged in, open your dashboard if it's not yet open, it'll look similar to this:
You'll see all the domains registered with them under this section:
From this section click on the cog (settings like) icon and click on 'Manage DNS' for the domain which you want to point to us.
Please note that the process will take approx. 24 to 48 hours for your domain name to fully propagate after the changes have been successfully made.
