This concerns anyone who did the transaction between October 27 to 29, 2024 with eSewa payment gateway as mode of payment:

October 27 (1), October 28 (3) and October 29 (1) - we do appear to have transactions matching the number in the bracket that did complete on eSewa but were not correctly reflected in the client area here.

As such, if you have made the transaction on your part but your associated product/domain has not been renewed here - please write back to us with the date/time of the transaction and we can help get that reflected for you.

Likewise, for the bank transfer - a support ticket with the validating details is a must for any product to be updated. However, on the following date, for the month of October, we are yet to receive that confirmation - so, please write back to us to have those invoice updated:
