Update @ 11.34, Nov 11: The issue with the landline service is now all sorted and should be available as normal.
We do currently have an issue with NTC landline number 01-4332068
This means that the phone calls will not be established at this hour.
For anyone dialing it might seem like the call is established but there's no calls received on our end as it stands.
We have conveyed the details to the NTC team but they have mentioned that it can't be resolved today.
We will keep you posted as we have further details.
