We want to inform you of an ongoing global issue affecting access to cPanel services. Please read the details below, and rest assured that your websites remain online and fully operational.

What is Happening?

Currently, cPanel-based logins are temporarily unavailable globally due to possible authentication vulnerability with the cPanel control panel system which was responsibly disclosed to cPanel and on their advice we have blocked access to cPanel and WHM on all managed systems while they release an update. This has taken the cPanel interface (including webmail login) offline intentionally while a patch is released.. This includes access to:

  • cPanel control panels
  • WHM (Web Host Manager)
  • Webmail interfaces

What is NOT Affected?

Your core services are completely safe and active. This issue is strictly limited to login access.

Websites: Fully online and functioning normally.

Emails: You can still send and receive emails via your mail clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.) without any interruption.

Root Cause & Resolution

This is a global incident originating directly from cPanel and is affecting users across all hosting vendors worldwide.

The good news is that cPanel has released an official patch now. Our engineering team is treating this as a Priority 1 task and is actively rolling out the update across all affected systems. We are making steady progress toward full resolution.
