Client area platform upgrade scheduled - November
We have scheduled a platform upgrade for our client area which is to start on November 21, 23.00 onwards.
The upgrade is expected to take around an hour to complete the move and follow-on test.
During this time our client area might not be inaccessible.
All the other services will not be impacted and will remain functional normally during the ...

The upgrade is expected to take around an hour to complete the move and follow-on test.

Fonepay system currently deactivated
Since the Fonepay system upgrades some days ago, the process still doesn't appear to have been completed.
We also seem to experience more issues post-upgrade as the transaction isn't auto-reflected in the system.
And, most of the transactions are failing at the bank end only causing more work at both our and user's end.
