Microsoft Outlook Express doesn't have auto discovery feature either. So you can configure it by downloading any one of the four desired protocols from your mail client setup screen and following this step:

  • If you are prompted to open, run, or save this file, choose “Run” or “Open”.
  • If your computer asks if you would like to enter the information into the registry, choose “Yes”.
  • Use your email account password as the password.


You can also set it up manually by entering the details as provided in cPanel > Email Accounts > Setup Mail Client.
