You can use 'Address Importer' from Emails section of cPanel to import any email accounts or forwarders for the domain you host.
You need to select files in CSV or XLS format which contains the details you want to import. Once you select the file, simply press on 'Next' to move to the next step and confirm the email address or forwarders are in accordance to your requirement.
