The modes of setting your name vary on what you use. If you're using Outlook or some other Mail Client, you need to configure your name in the application itself. But if you are using one of our 3 browser based mail clients and want to update your name, please follow the guide further.
Horde
It is one of the three webmail we allow users to use. If you choose 'Horde', you can change your name by following the following step:
1. Click on cog icon from the top. Followed by Preference > Global Preferences
2. Click on 'Personal Information' from the page you're at. It's at the top of the content area.
RoundCube
1. Click on 'Settings'
2. From the page that opens, select 'Identities' from the left-hand side tab and select the email address (default id).
3. To update your display name, enter what you want to be displayed in the first field called as 'Display Name' itself. You can also update other fields as per your need.
4. Save the changes by clicking on 'Save' once you've updated what you need
SquirrelMail
1. Click on 'Options > Personal Information'
2. Enter the display name you want to be displayed in the emails you sent via this mail client in the field called 'Full Name'
3. Press on 'Submit' from the same section to update the change.
